Answer: You have three choices. To order online, click on the Order link. To order by phone, please call (602) 957-0186. To order by fax, print out the order form, fill in the required information and fax to (602) 956-0463.

Answer: No. You have three other choices to order by credit card. (1) You can call (602) 957-0186 to order by phone. (2) You can print out the order form and fax the required information to (602) 956-0463. (3) You can stop by our retail showroom and order in person. We will be happy to see you.
 
 
Question: Is there a charge for this online service?
Answer: No.
 
 
Question: Do you use less expensive flowers?
Answer: No. White House uses only premium flowers. We do not carry mums, baby breath, fern leaf or carnations.
 
 
Question: What is the average life of an arrangement?
Most floral arrangements last anywhere from 3 to 5 days, depending on the types of flowers used and the type of care they receive. Here are some tips for caring for your floral arrangements:

  1. Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and heating and cooling vents. Do not keep flowers on top of televisions or radiators or directly under ceiling fans. Large appliances tend to radiate heat, causing the flowers to wilt from dehydration.
  2. Change water in the container daily.
  3. When changing the water, give the stems a fresh cut and a spritz of water.
  4. Remove any extra leaves or greenery that looks yellow or wilted.
  5. Remove leaves that fall below the water line. Leaves in water will promote bacterial growth.
 
 
Question: What if I want to request a certain flower?
Answer: Please specify your requests on the order form or call us at (602) 957-0186 for details. If a requested flower is in season, we will make every effort to meet your needs. Note that certain flowers are not available during certain times of the year, depending on the resources of our distributors.
 
 
Question: When should I order?
Answer: 24 hours in advance for regular orders and 48-72 hours in advance for specially requested flowers and international orders.
 
 
Question: Is there a minimum order on floral arrangements?
Answer: Yes. Minimum orders must equal $50.00, not including delivery fees.
